Well-maintained and nicely decorated hotel, we loved this place.
We were in San Antonio for 3 days, had fine stay, the hotel was fairly clean with comfy and quiet location to Cantera shopping mall. The in-house restaurant with good food and drinks was the best part:)))

Perfect for families looking for comfort
The staff really were very good. During breakfast, the eggs were cooked to order and served with a nice fresh-fruit garnish, it was a pleasant surprise. The room had plenty of outlets for all our devices, a nice touch for our family.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, yet still decent for what we got.

The room was decent but had a few quirks. It looked clean overall, but the linens weren't pressed, made them seem a bit off. The bed was super firm, so I didn't sleep well, but my husband was fine. The shower was high up and had limited settings. The fridge made some noise at night, and the darkening blinds creaked, which didn't help either.

We loved visiting the San Antonio Zoo and Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, made our vacation lovely. The hotel had a cute vibe and was just a short drive to all the fun.
On the downside, our room wasn't cleaned well upon arrival, and we experienced a delay in getting fresh towels, kind of disappointing.
